A quote that rings so true I had to include it again in my reply!

Unfortunately laws determining fraud cases mean that in the majority of cases if the amount embezzled is paid back to the offended party, legal prosecution is usually avoided by the fraudsters. I SINCERELY hope that this is NOT the case on this occaision!</description>
